The last but not least link in this new food culture promoted by AlhóndigaBilbao is the education and popularization of values on eating habits that are supposed to go beyond the limits of the Restaurant day by day.

A Food Workshop has been created with this purpose. It is a forum of gastronomic knowledge whose aim is not only to teach how to cook but also to learn how to eat. Healthy eating habits will be fulfilled within it with the awakening of the senses to the pleasure of enjoying natural foodstuff is another highlight.

The workshop is open to all people who want to join this philosophy, with a special mention to the youngest - the future rests in their hands.

Led by our sommelier we also prepare special tastings such as wine tastings or other beverages on request of clients.
