Although not all the different AlhóndigaBilbao spaces will be functioning before 2009, "HÓtik at" is a response to the comments provided by the general public such as "Please finish the project soon so that we can start enjoying it".

As its title in Basque suggests, this is an agenda of events that will take place outside AlhóndigaBilbao in and around the city during the two years before the centre is fully open, and which will give a brief introduction to the style, the nature and the framework for action of these new facilities.
